What this site is
This site describes our math workbooks and links to the places you can buy them. It is an information site. We don’t take payments, host accounts, or fulfill orders here.
Purchases happen elsewhere
Paperbacks are sold by Amazon. Your purchase is a contract between you and Amazon, subject to Amazon’s terms. Amazon handles payment, delivery, returns, and refunds. We have no access to your order and cannot alter, cancel, or refund it.
Digital editions are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is subject to Gumroad’s terms. Gumroad handles payment, file delivery, and refund processing.
Prices, availability, and delivery times shown on this site are indicative. The price and terms shown on Amazon or Gumroad at the time of purchase apply.
Refunds
For paperbacks, follow Amazon’s returns process. For digital editions, follow Gumroad’s returns process.
What you may do with our books
Paperbacks are yours. Use them, write in them, lend them, resell your copy.
Digital editions are licensed to you, not sold. Unless a specific product page says otherwise, one purchase gives you the right to print unlimited copies for the children in your own household, or, if you are a teacher or tutor, to print copies for the students you personally teach.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, upload, or republish the files or their printed pages, in whole or in part, and you may not use them to create a competing product. School-wide, district-wide, or organization-wide use requires a separate license – contact us.
Our content
All text, cover art, page layouts, exercises and images on this site and in our books are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. You may link to our pages freely. You may not copy substantial portions of the site or reproduce our books’ contents without written permission.
Nermilio Books and our cover designs are our trademarks. Amazon, Gumroad, Pinterest, and other names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any endorsement of us by them.
No educational guarantee
Our books are practice materials. They are not a curriculum, an assessment, tutoring, or a substitute for qualified instruction or professional advice about a child’s learning.
We describe our books honestly, and grade levels follow common conventions, but children differ, and curricula differ by country, state, and school. We can’t promise a particular child will reach a particular level, score or outcome by working through a particular book. Please use the preview images and descriptions to judge fit before buying.
Site availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and online, but we don’t guarantee either. Content may contain errors or become out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
Links to other sites
We link to Amazon, Gumroad, Pinterest and occasionally other third parties. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.
